Fantasy Football Captain Picks Gameweek 30 2017/18 95% of the top 10k captained one of two players last week. To be exact 57.5% of them went with Salah (the correct option) and 37.5% of them went with Kane (the wrong one, as it turned out, but not by much). The point being that the choices are being condensed somewhat. You can probably add in Aguero this week, albeit with a possible Jesus caveat. Well Arsenal are still rubbish, perhaps that’s unfair on Brighton given their result the previous game-week, but come on, it’s 3 defeats on the bounce for the gunners now, what are the chances of it being 4 come next week? I only half joke as many FPL teams look similar with five or six names being prevalent in many active teams. Some weeks we’re blessed with a plethora of options and it’s then our job to disseminate data and present it back to you. This however, is not one of those weeks. Barry and Paul’s Predictions GW29 If you had to put money on a team scoring 4 goals last game-week, then Liverpool would likely have been your pick given their current form and fixture. Would anyone have chosen Brighton? Probably not, but as they had already shown in GW26, they’re a bit handy at home all of a sudden. Forgotten man Manolo Gabbiadini popped up with a 90th minute equaliser for Southampton, another clean sheet gone in FPL, but a nice predictable 1-1 in B&P – Winning!! FF247 Fantasy Football Site Team Gameweek 28 Welcome to the FF247 Fantasy Football Site Team Gameweek 28. Stop the clock, we had a good week! We scored 86pts, alright, alright we know many of you scored more, but we enjoyed a rise of 37k places as we rise to 221k. Still a lot of work to be done of course, but the big weeks are still to come (we say in hope!) If we had only played Niasse instead of Lingard we’d have scored ten points more. So, here we are then, the storm as a result of the FA Cup fifth round is upon us and we’re already seeing games taken out in Gameweek 31, with another postponement possible once Spurs undertake the replay against Rochdale. On the basis that the north London team makes it past the League 1 side – like Man City didn’t on Monday night – to Round 6, their game against Newcastle becomes the sixth fixture out of a possible 10 that will be a big fat blank for that week.
