Based on how the dates for GW34’s matches were lined out, I’m writing this prior to the conclusion of that week. Our score of 57 was 11 better than the average of 46, so we have to be fairly happy with that. Not long now folks, just about 24 hours until DGW34 kicks off, a true football feast that runs from Saturday until Thursday and includes DGWs for Crystal Palace, Boro and Man Utd. Weeks of plannning have been taking place for this – the business end of the season with so much still up for grabs. We get a real DGW this week, and people are looking to set things right from their previous scores I’d imagine. Last week was a bit of a letdown for a lot of folks. With only 5-6 games remaining for most teams, we still don’t know who the winner of the league will be. We don’t yet have a definitive Top 4. And the relegation battle still includes 6-7 candidates. All in all, there’s a reason to still watch every weekend, and that’s always a plus. Also, with a few exceptions, mostly every team is still playing for something – and being motivated to play until the very last game makes picking a fantasy squad just a bit easier.
